Blackberry Salsa

Ingredients

1 cup coarsely chopped white onion

1 jalapeño, de-seeded & lightly chopped

1 cup fresh blackberries

1 tangelo, juiced

1 lime, juiced

½ cup chopped cilantro

1 tsp organic agave syrup or sugar

¼ tsp sea or kosher salt Instructions

Instructions

Place onion & jalapeño in food processor and pulse until chopped.

Add blackberries and pulse again.

Add remaining ingredients (tangelo & lime juice, cilantro, agave syrup & salt).

Pulse until combined and texture is course.

Adjust seasonings if necessary (salt & spice).

Serve with chips or as a topper for jackfruit tacos.
