Basil Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Dijon Dressing

Makes 1 cup

1 tbsp grated lemon zest

¼ cup lemon juice

½ c. fresh basil

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

3/4 tsp himalayan salt

Black pepper

½ cup olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in the food processor and use over salads or to marinate vegetables.
