Nasturtium Pesto
Ingredients
Makes 1 cup
1 cup nasturtium leaves, packed
1 cup basil leaves, packed
5 garlic cloves
1 cup pistachios
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper
1 ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the olive oil to a food processor. Mix on medium, slowly adding olive oil until desired texture is achieved.
