Ginger Sauteed Mustard Greens
Ingredients
Sauce
4 Tbsp veggie broth w/ 2 tsp cornstarch
¼ c. orange juice
2 tbsp agave nectar
⅓ c. coconut aminos
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 c rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
Greens
1 tbsp olive oil
3 c. mustard greens chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ c. chopped cashews
Instructions
In a large skillet, combine all sauce ingredients and heat over medium, stirring until combined. Cook until thickened (about 5 minutes) and remove from heat. In a separate skillet, saute garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes and add greens. Wilt for 3 minutes and add cashews. Toss with desired amount of sauce and serve.
